How do I return an item?

Stock clothing: All stock clothing is fully returnable within 15 days of receipt.  Items must be unworn with the original tags on them, and a copy of the receipt must be enclosed.  Returns after 15 days cannot be accepted. Items may be returned via USPS or any other package carrier - customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any necessary insurance.
 
Beaded clothing: All garments MUST be shipped prior to beading/stoning for fitting purposes to ensure that any alterations is completed before we bead/stone the garment. Once a garment is beaded/stoned it is NON-returnable. 

Beads/Crystals: Beads are returnable within 15 days of receipt, unopened and with all tags/labels intact. Items returned to us must be in their original condition and packaging - each package of beads is shipped out in a sealed envelope with a security label and must be returned unopened. You must include your original invoice with the return. If you are returning an item because of a mistake on our part, we will refund your return postage. Items returned MUST be in their original condition, and we cannot accept any pre-packed items that have been broken up or otherwise altered.

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope, and we recommend that you ensure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service. Items may be returned via USPS or any other package carrier - customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any necessary insurance.

NOTE: If your items were damaged in transit, please keep the original container for UPS inspection. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged in any way at 203-882-8501.
